A point-and-click alchemy game in a grim medieval town, built during the jam week. As a plague doctor, you listen to patients describe their ailments and mix a remedy from your shelf. Only the first three patients state their problem outright; after that you rely on portraits and notes. Test brews give you a short-lived reaction as a hint, but only two per patient — and in Cash Mode every ingredient costs money.
The team took Papers, Please as their model: symptoms you can barely name, ingredients you only half understand, and a decision at the end of every consultation that cannot be taken back. Did you cure them, or make it worse? The next patient is already waiting.
